* Read the following passages as a group:   Romans 4:1-12

 

 

 

 

1.	Abraham was far from perfect, but by faith he was justified and then accomplished great things.  Are you perfect?  If you want to accomplish anything meaningful and good, what needs to be the source?
2.	If everything in life depends on faith in Jesus Christ, what are you doing right now to grow in that faith?  How do you need to change your daily routine in order to grow even more?
3.	Why is it so important to understand that we are saved by faith and then, after believing, good works must flow from that faith?
4.	Paul wanted the Jews to know that they were not justified because they were circumcised children of Abraham, but because of faith alone.  Are you tempted to change yourself on the outside to be accepted by God?  What is the only thing that can change us?  (Consider Galatians 2:20 )
